There are currently no known outstanding bugs that cause GeneLinker Gold or GeneLinker Platinum to hang, crash or produce incorrect results. Improved Outcomes is committed to offering point releases to customers as soon as possible for severe bugs.
We will attempt to address any minor bugs reported by customers in the next release.

Reporting Bugs
If you discover a bug in the software, please send us an email to:

Please provide as much information as possible, including:
- Product name (Gold or Platinum) and version number
- Detailed error message
- Operating System (Windows 98, 2000, XP, linux etc.)
- Database Type (if applicable - MySQL is the default for GeneLinker)
- Experiment or workflow that produced the error (please include all parameters)
- Detailed reproduction steps
