The analysis steps in this tutorial are captured in the GeneLinker Scripts Tutorial3.gls. This script is a single step that applies Jarvis-Patrick clustering to a selected table. If you select either the normalized t-matrix data or the normalized spinal cord data and go the the Tools menu and select "Run Script" you will be able to choose this script. This is an example of a script that can be applied to different datasets.
